  1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders over $65 USD
  • A flat shipping rate of $7.90 USD applies to orders under $65 USD
  1. Order Processing Time

Standard Items
Orders for non-customized items are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Customized / Print-on-Demand Items
Since some products are made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for production and quality control before shipment.

Peak Seasons
During holidays, launches, or major sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you by email.

Business Days
Our fulfillment operations run Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and your destination.

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–10 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. InkDripCo is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A tracking link to monitor your shipment

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Canadian Orders
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province or territory.

International Orders

  • Prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees.
  • The customer is responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
  1. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Address Corrections
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately at:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address at no additional cost.
  • If the order has already shipped, we may be unable to intercept the package.
  • Customers may be responsible for reshipping fees if the package is returned due to an incorrect address.

Delivered Packages
InkDripCo is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier that are lost, stolen, or sent to an incorrectly entered address.

  1. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim and resolving the issue.
