  1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for standard, non-personalized apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies) under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, socks) for hygiene reasons unless unopened in original packaging
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  1. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to start your return:

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email our support team at support@inkdripco.com with the subject line:

“Return Request – [Your Order Number]”

Step 2 – Provide Details
Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is defective or damaged

Step 3 – Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please Note:
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Paid Returns
For returns due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Personal preference

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as InkDripCo is not responsible for lost return packages.

Seller-Paid Returns
If the return is due to:

  • A defective item
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect item shipped by us

InkDripCo will cover return shipping costs by providing a prepaid shipping label or reimbursement where applicable.

  1. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, additional processing time may apply before funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

  1. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color (for eligible non-custom items only):

  • Follow the return request process above
  • State in your email that you would like an exchange

Once your returned item is received and approved, we will process and ship the replacement item.

  • If the replacement item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
