Cancellation policy
As of April 1, 2026
1. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
- In the case of an order for multiple goods that are delivered separately: on the day you received the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
A sample cancellation form can be found at the end of this notice. Using the form is voluntary.
2. Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option).
The refund will be processed as follows:
- immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
3. Return of goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
4. Return shipping costs
You, as the customer, bear the costs of the return shipment, provided the goods are free of defects.
For defective, incorrectly delivered or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with our return and refund policy.
5. Depreciation
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).
Examples of impermissible use:
- visible signs of wear
- missing labels or accessories
- damaged or heavily soiled packaging
- used or damaged items
6. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been removed.
- personalized or specially made products for you
- Goods that can spoil quickly
- Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods
